Logistics Support Officer
This role is crucial to providing key support and overseeing the administrative requirements for Asphalt National Logistics. You will be responsible for:
* Supporting Logistics managers in retrieving and collating contractor audit information
* Actioning Mass/Maintenance/Fatigue accreditation to ensure all paperwork remains current throughout the reporting period
* Championing Rapid Global and administering the system to ensure contractors and drivers have access to induction information
* Providing reports nationally on inducted drivers to allow operations to act on induction gaps
* Championing files nationally and reporting on gaps with respect to truck and driver minimum spec/standards
* Sourcing and uploading driver/truck information into 3rd party induction systems used for major projects
* Supporting project-specific SWMS or transport safety requirements
We are looking for candidates with:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Finance or similar
* Experience in a similar Administration role, ideally within the civil contracting/construction/project management industries
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong time management skills and ability to resolve issues
* Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and complete tasks
* Strong verbal and written communication skills and numerical accuracy
