About the role
As an integral member of our team, you will contribute to the development and delivery of clinical psychology courses at undergraduate and graduate levels and contribute to the institutes research program and administrative functions.
At a Level B you will:
1. undertake teaching and assessment of undergraduate and postgraduate students;
2. develop, teach and moderate units in clinical psychology;
3. supervise students undertaking psychology placements within FedCare psychology Services; and
4. participate in team projects and various committees as required.
At a Level C you will:
5. provide leadership in developing, teaching, coordinating, and moderating courses;
6. undertake teaching and assessment of undergraduate and postgraduate students;
7. supervise students undertaking clinical psychology placements within FedCare psychology Services; and
8. supervise students undertaking project courses, honours programs and research higher degrees.

About you
You will work as part of the Institute’s team of academic and administrative staff. You will possess proven educational, research and professional experience and seek to embed long and short-term research strategies for the Institute within the strategic framework of the University and in accordance with its mission. You will be a creative thinker and avid problem-solver, who possesses initiative, innovation, and a can-do attitude.
At a Level B you will possess:
14. current general registration as a psychologist, clinical endorsement and Board Approved Supervisor with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA);
15. commitment to scholarship and a potential for academic advancement;
16. commitment to and enthusiasm for teaching;
17. previous experience in academic administration; and
18. ability to work collegially.
At a Level C you will possess:
19. current general registration as a psychologist, clinical endorsement and Board Approved Supervisor with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA);
20. capacity to supervise honours and research postgraduate students;
21. ability to develop and implement a student-centred approach with a focus on student success, including the ability to monitor student success initiatives; and
22. hold a demonstrated record of research at a national level.
