What You’ll Be Doing: You'll be the go-to person for customer inquiries, helping with product questions, troubleshooting, and resolving issues smoothly and professionally. As you develop your knowledge of luxury timepieces, you’ll assist customers with technical and repair-related queries. Your day-to-day tasks will include: Handling customer interactions via phone and email Processing transactions and coordinating watch repairs Guiding customers through retail portals to enhance their experience Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer journey, from inquiry to after-sales support. What We’re Looking For: Experience in customer service (within retail or call centre industry). Strong written and verbal communication skills Confidence using computer systems and handling data entry Quick problem-solving skills with a proactive approach Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks Experience/knowledge within luxury brands (watches is a bonus) Rewards & Benefits: Competitive salary of $65,000 Super Collaborative and supportive team environment Comprehensive training and ongoing development Monday to Friday working hours (8:30 am – 5:00 pm) with no weekend or late-night shifts.
