About the role
We are delighted to announce that we are currently seeking applications for multiple experienced MMU Operators to join our North Surface Coal Team in Central Queensland!
As an MMU Operator, you will operate the MMU to pump the explosive product into pre-drilled blast holes on our customer site. These roles will be Drive-in Drive-out (DIDO), operating mostly on 7 days on/7 days off rosters, and camp facilities will be provided for the duration of the roster.
Our industry-leading training programs offer career advancement, with many former MMU Operators moving into roles like Supervisors, Territory Managers and Operational Leaders. We also provide opportunities for growth into our technical services team.

What you will be doing
1. Operating our MMU vehicle (Mobile Manufacturing Units) and other associated blasting plant and machinery;
2. Assisting with preventative maintenance;
3. Assist with the 'hands-on' delivery of explosive products down pre-drilled blast holes on bench;
4. Working in tight unison with your teammates to provide excellence in service to our valued customers;
5. Daily administration and customer interactions.
What you will bring
1. An unquestionable attitude toward working safely as a priority;
2. Experience operating an MMU, or similar blast delivery vehicle;
3. Current HR Licence;
4. Current QLD Explosives Security Clearance;
5. A positive team-oriented work ethic;
6. A positive attitude to customer service.
