Our client is looking for an experienced finance manager, on a temporary to permanent basis. Your new company Our client, a well-known property company, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join their team. This will be on a temporary basis initially, with the potential to go permanent. The role aims to drive sustainable financial growth by overseeing financial strategy, controls, and management information for the Business Unit. It involves providing insights to influence performance, implementing improvements, and acting as a business partner to senior management, while building relationships with multiple stakeholders to enhance the Business Unit's profile. Your new role Develop high-quality client relationships across the Business Unit. Build strong working relationships with senior team members and act as a business partner. Liaise with wider finance teams to fulfil ad-hoc information requests. Collaborate with the People Team on bonus and salary reviews. Manage contract governance and ensure all cost elements are accounted for. Assist with client team requests promptly and accurately. Support transformation and client initiatives, ensuring alignment of deliverables. Participate in monthly reviews and prepare accurate Business Unit reports. Drive financial performance, identify savings opportunities, and manage overheads. Recruit, manage, and develop the Contract Support team, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. What you'll need to succeed Chartered Accountant qualification (or equivalent) and higher educational qualifications. Highly computer-literate with IT skills for key tasks and reporting. Superior written and verbal communication skills, including strong oral presentation skills. Ability to work in a matrix environment and combine strategic vision with hands-on delivery. Understanding of cross-border multiservice line environments. Minimum 2 years PQE with experience managing teams in a complex multinational setting. Proven commercial acumen and decision-making ability. Strong management skills to maximise team performance and achieve results. Ability to shape, lead, and influence senior managers, with effective communication at all levels. Willingness to travel as required by the role.
