As a Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality structural designs and documentation for various building structures, including mid-rise apartments, high-end residential buildings, and commercial buildings.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and managing projects from concept design to construction within budget and delivery time frames.
* Liaising with architects, project managers, builders, developers, and other relevant project stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
* Cultivating a sense of client focus in your everyday approach to work, prioritising responsiveness, timely delivery, and professionalism.
* Mentoring and developing junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum qualification of Bachelor Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution.
* 2+ years of experience in civil design or structural design.
* Drive Licenses.
* Experience in designing for high-end residential buildings, commercial buildings, and warehouses.
* Proficient in the use of engineering design software tools, including Space Gass (essential).
