Role Overview: Seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of the traffic management team. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership and hands-on management to ensure operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage client orders for Traffic Management with precision.
2. Coordinate field staff and equipment deployment.
3. Ensure continuous manned Operations Rooms.
4. Supervise vehicle and equipment usage and maintenance.
5. Liaise on OHS issues with Safety and Compliance Manager.
6. Collaborate with Senior Account Managers and BDMs on client requirements.
7. Maintain ISO-compliant documentation and registers.
8. Conduct site visits and audits as required.
9. Provide operational reports to CEO/COO.
10. Interpret TGS and Permits as needed.
Required Competencies:
11. Experienced managing a team.
12. Strong knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
13. Hands-on approach when necessary.
14. Excellent time management and communication skills.
15. Attention to detail and ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
16. Team player with project independence.
17. Traffic Management experience is required for this role.
18. Working knowledge of traffic licenses.
