About the Role
Join our dynamic multidisciplinary team and collaborate with us to provide recovery-oriented mental health treatment and support to young people in custody.
* Deliver high-quality evidence-based nursing care from a Strengths-Based, Recovery-Focused framework.
* Work across AM, PM, night and weekend shifts providing specialist mental health nursing interventions and managing critical incidents and emergency situations.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans for young people in custody.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Registration as a Nurse under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Act (2009).
* Bachelor's degree in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing or equivalent.
* 12+ months clinical experience in mental health, preferably in a youth mental health and/or forensic setting.
