This position will efficiently oversee and coordinate all Drymill activities, ensuring the attainment of safety, quality cost and throughput objectives as outlined in the Caboolture's Operational Business Plan.
The leader will be focused on creating a zero-harm safety culture, driving a high performing team and executing on performance expectations.
This position would suit a motivated individual that has experience in managing people and driving performance outcomes, and who is ambitious, and career orientated.
This position will be responsible for Efficiently oversee and coordinate all Drymill activities, ensuring the attainment of safety, quality, cost, and throughput objectives as outlined in Caboolture's Operational Business Plan.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to production team members, fostering a positive work culture and high-performance standards.
Ensure that all team members possess the necessary qualifications, licenses, and training to fulfill their role responsibilities effectively.
Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to resolve any production-related issues promptly.
We believe the position will best suit someone with strong experience in production or people management.
Exposure to the timber industry will be an advantage for the position.
The successful candidate must be willing to challenge and enhance existing processes and systems and be a team orientated person with strong communication and influencing skills who is self-motivated, and solutions driven.
