Tasks

2. You will optimise STRABAG's commitment to reducing waste, recycling, and re-using resources as efficiently as possible.
3. Fully responsible for the efficient running of a busy HQ in London, Victoria.
4. Regular liaison with the building's management company and its maintenance staff.
5. First point of contact for all office queries and visitors.
6. Responsible for the smooth running of the office environment.
7. Responsible for the provision and supply of stationery, printers, and furniture within the office.
8. Respond to feedback and complaints via the STRABAG mailbox.
9. Administer and oversee any document control system for any office usage responsibility (i.e. utility bills / sub-contractor documentation etc.).
10. Ensuring office setups are established and maintained in accordance with STRABAG standards.
11. Ensure there are sufficient quantities of the appropriate PPE in the office to meet the requirements.
12. Ensure ALL statutory notices are displayed and visible where appropriate.
13. Provide weekly and cumulative schedules of materials, equipment, and stationery order for the office.
14. Keep a record of all visitors to the office for review.
15. Recommend and provide the necessary training to upskill all members of the team.
16. Carry out equipment checks on a monthly basis and report findings (inc. annual PAT tests).
17. Look for innovative solutions across the office and share across the Group to increase productivity / reduce costs and ensure “best possible” solutions are achieved.
18. Participate in Adhoc projects as required by the leadership team.
Qualifications
1. Fully trained with GDPR regulations.
2. Solid experience within an Office Management environment.
3. Good mathematical and IT skills.
4. MS package knowledge (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, MS Project).
