The role reports into our Group Financial Planning and Analysis Director.
You will play a lead role in partnering with the Transformation Director to deliver a program of high value workstreams, supporting strong commercial outcomes and ensuring reporting governance across wide-ranging projects.
You will collaborate with various Project Managers and business partners, providing commercial advice and input into decisions that drive both short-term and long-term value for the business.
The role is hybrid, which means you'll have the flexibility to work from the office and from home.
A day in the life Support the development of strategic investment business cases and analysis of commercial returnsPartner with Project Managers to set up budget and reporting structures in SAP, analyse results and provide ad hoc commercial supportAttend project Steering Committees to provide commercial decision supportComplete month-end processes, including detailed transaction reviews, with support from the Group FP&A team, ensuring accuracy of project actualsDeliver month-end reporting and manage ongoing program performanceMaintain a strong financial governance framework, ensuring project cost management standards, processes and controls are implementedDrive simplification of systems and processes ensuring efficiency within our reporting processes through automation and continuous improvementEngage and manage third-party consultants to ensure the agreed scope is delivered in accordance with current agreementsConduct post implementation reviews to ensure project benefits are being delivered in line with business casesWhat you'll bring Excellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability in building relationships, business partnering and influencing peers and stakeholders at all levelsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insightsA proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities5+ years of commercial finance experience in a large corporate, project accounting experience would be an advantageProfessional accounting qualification (CA, CPA or equivalent) #J-18808-Ljbffr
