Account Operations Manager - ANZ Description - We are seeking an Account Operations Manager to oversee transactional and contractual business activities. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all operational aspects related to accounts, ensuring smooth transactions and adherence to contractual obligations while also facilitating the transition of manual orders to our ecommerce platform. You will be aligned to selected high focus End User accounts in Australia and(or) New Zealand countries. The vertical coverage will include Global outbound, Corporate, Retail and Public sector. Your emphasis on strategic initiatives, project management, process improvement, and experience in relationship management, will be key in driving a positive customer experience. What an Account Operations Manager does at HP. Manages the operational business relationship with mid-sized to large accounts while supporting project and account teams in designing customer solutions and optimizing operational processes. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations. Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to transactions or contracts deliverables. Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Identifies process gaps, advocates for process improvements, and implements changes to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Prepare reports and presentations on account operations and performance for management review. Acts as a point of escalation and collaborates with other functions to drive resolution of operational issues of high complexity, in support of the customer/partner requirements. Represents the customer/partner needs and provides business requirements to projects of high complexity and conducts post-project evaluations. Be the consultant to the business and advises on operational matters of high complexity to internal clients up to the Director level. Education and experience recommended. Bachelor’s degree and equivalent experience Typically, 4 years of related experience, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline Project management experience preferred. Proven Leadership, negotiation and influence skills. In-depth understanding of core company businesses and the revenue cycle. Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for QBR and reporting Demonstrated project management, problem solving, and analytical skills. Proven ability to collaborate and network with other groups and functions to reach business objectives, in support of the customer/partner requirements. Why HP Australia?
