You'll join a diverse and inclusive team contributing across more than 100 unique professions and trades.What's the Role:Reporting to the Global Head of Digital Technology, the Enterprise Systems Manager will lead Bradken through the next phase of our global digital transformation. This role focuses on optimizing our investments in a new global ERP system and building robust capabilities for effective solution design and delivery, including leveraging low code application development platforms.You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure that IT strategies are in line with business goals, serving as a bridge between IT and other business departments. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and developing a team of systems analysts and specialists who support our core systems and contribute to system improvements and new software development.You will design and implement enterprise system architectures to meet business needs efficiently. You will assist business units in applying best practices for understanding processes and solution options. You will ensure scalability, security, and performance of systems, and stay updated on technology trends.You will develop strategies to maximize ROI on software investments and identify opportunities for efficiency. You will also drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure day-to-day service requests are addressed and release management plans maintain compliance with regulatory and quality standards.You will manage relationships with key software vendors and service providers, ensuring they exceed contractual commitments. Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements with external providers.Key Technical Criteria:Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems and Technology, or related field highly desirable.Certifications in Agile project management and enterprise architecture, or experience in these disciplines within a multi-national corporation highly desirable.Experience in a similar role with a proven record of successful development and execution of enterprise systems strategies.Experience working in a globally diverse business, and shared services IT model.Experience managing tier 1 SaaS ERP solutions (experience with Epicor highly desirable).Experience managing low code software development platforms (experience with Mendix highly desirable).The role is based in Brisbane or Newcastle.If you'd like to be part of a team that's changing the game, please apply along with your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting why this should be your next role.
