What you will be doing:
You will be working with NDIS children and young adults (ages 1-19) conducting initial assessment, create a tailored treatment plan that sets your clients up for success using evidence based therapy, record progress notes and write NDIS reports when required. You will also engage in regular professional development (in house and external) that will support you in your practice to help grow your practice.
How you will be supported:
* Uncapped professional development allowance so you can upskill in your area of interest
* Administration team to complete bookings and billings
* Structure onboarding process; first two- three weeks is paid training, shadowing head SP to see how she practices, she will support you with your new caseload and completing your initial assessments
* Supervision offered weekly or fortnightly depending on your needs

This close knit team made up of an admin assistant, psych, OT, dietician and Speech Pathologist, who foster a fun and supportive atmosphere in the workplace! They like to get together outside of work to engage in team building, multidisciplinary training and for the odd dinner or two each quarter!
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
* SPA membership
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia
* Drivers license and own vehicle
