The Department of Primary Industries and Regions (PIRSA) is a key economic development agency working in partnership with our primary industries, regional stakeholders and across all levels of government to advance the prosperity and sustainability of South Australia's primary industries and regional communities.A modern, flexible and responsive agency, PIRSA works to advance the prosperity and sustainability of South Australia's primary industries and regional communities.Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Manager, Organisational Development and Planning will lead, guide and coach a small and dedicated team providing organisational development, learning & development and workforce planning services to the broader business of 800 plus employees located across multiple metro and regional sites across the state.You will lead the development and implementation of effective employee engagement, culture and performance at all levels of the organisation. You will also be responsible for the design and delivery of programs and projects related to:Strategic workforce planningTalent acquisitionLeadership developmentSuccession planningPerformance enhancementDiversity and inclusionIdeally, you will be an adaptable and experienced leader within the human resources space with a proven ability to guide, coach and influence the broader business in the adoption of organisational development principles and strategies. Previous experience analysing workforce performance data, assessing existing strategic frameworks related to organisational development and converting findings into actionable business plans and programs is an essential component of the role.This, coupled with your stakeholder and interpersonal relationships skills to create mutually respectful business partnerships with divisional leaders, will ensure the effective and committed implementation of organisational development initiatives across the department.This is a unique role in a high profile agency where your skills as a capability specialist, your coaching and influencing style, and your broad experiences will assist PIRSA in continuing to deliver their wide ranging scope of services to South Australia whilst cementing their position as an Employer of Choice.RemunerationASO8 $119,317 - $123,822 per annumSpecial ConditionsSuccessful applicants will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Check (NPC) prior to being made an offer of employment.
