Job Description
An Application Support Specialist is required to join our team for an initial 6-month contract, with a chance of extension.
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose application errors, identify root causes, and provide timely solutions via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
* Actively monitor system logs, detect potential issues, and proactively resolve performance bottlenecks to minimize downtime.
* Work closely with developers to identify and resolve application bugs, provide feedback on user experience, and report system issues.
* Manage user access, adhere to security protocols, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

* Business Logic Engines (IBM Business Automation Manager, Tibco iProcess)
* Document Management Systems (OpenText Integrated Document Management)/Document Capture/OCR (OpenText Capture Centre)
* Email Processing Automation (Automatic Email Manager)
* Java Application Hosting (Tomcat)
* Extract Transform Load (ETL) Solutions (IBM DataStage)
