Add expected salary to your profile for insightsWe're seeking an experienced REVIT modeller or BIM Specialist that specializes in creating accurate existing conditions models from point cloud data captured by our laser scanning experts.In this permanent full-time role, you will collaborate with our talented team on a diverse range of projects that will expand your skills and reveal the full potential of Revit As-built modelling.You will work closely with the Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to an exceptional quality.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with team members to produce high-quality As-built models of varied and complex environments.Support the development and execution of project plans, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines.Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Revit modelling procedures and workflows to increase efficiency and quality.Assist in maintaining, refining, and implementing project standards and guidelines for the creation of Revit As-built models.Provide technical expertise in processing various data sources, including point cloud data, to ensure accurate and precise models.Actively participate in cross-functional collaboration with other teams, such as Reality Capture and Project Management, to achieve project success.Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Revit modelling, point cloud processing, and relevant technologies to further enhance our capabilities.What you'll need:Ideally 3 years of experience in Revit modelling or similarQualifications in Building Design, Architecture, Engineering, etc.
