Process-driven.Challenges: Keeping up in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent production jobs and changing requirements.Daily Responsibilities: Oversee Job Pre-Production, Job Prep, Production, and Post-Production processes for multiple concurrent jobs following established processes. Manage staff per the Principles of Management. Lead with Principles of Professionalism.Working Hours: Nominally 7.6 hours each weekday, 0830 start time; 38-hour work week. Some overtime and on-call work on weekends and overnights required.Training: This is an established role in our business. Handover from the incumbent will not be possible, but duties are well documented. Support from the Crew and Logistics Assistant role is available.Required Skills and Experience: Advanced computer skills; Intermediate numeracy and literacy skills; Advanced leadership skills; At least 15 years leading and managing teams; 10 years working in logistics, film, lighting, or technical event production.Favourable Skills and Experience: Paid years working specifically in event lighting or technical event production; Tertiary qualification in a related field.Remuneration: Yearly gross salary of $120k negotiable, plus superannuation, plus offsets.
