WorkPac is currently in search of an Officer Tenure Maintenance to join our esteemed client's team in Perth.Rio Tinto operates the world's largest integrated portfolio of iron ore assets. These assets include a world-class, integrated network of 15 iron ore mines, four port facilities, a 1,700-kilometre rail network, and related infrastructure. Rio Tinto is expanding operations in the Pilbara to epic proportions while introducing next-generation technologies to deliver greater efficiency, lower production costs, and improved health, safety, and environmental performance.About the Role:WorkPac is currently in search of a Project Officer to join the State Agreements and Approvals team within Rio Tinto on a 12-month full-time contract. This role will assist with ensuring land tenure assets are managed effectively to ensure security and to enable the continued growth of Rio Tinto's business within Western Australia.Duties and Responsibilities:Manage tenure obligations database, monitor compliance, and prepare monthly reports.Formulate tenement applications in compliance with statutory requirements and time constraints.Prepare and lodge statutory documents and correspondence relating to tenure obligations.Foster relationships with technical and support staff to ensure timely receipt of supporting documentation.Perform general administrative duties, including document control, scanning, filing, and coordinating meetings.Comply with HSEQ systems, chair, and contribute to team and safety meetings.Skills and Experience Required:Experience working with the Mining Act, Land Administration Act, State Agreement Act, or associated processes.Strong attention to detail with proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.Administrative experience, ideally within a regulatory or compliance environment.Proficiency in using Mineral Titles Online, WAMEX, LANDGATE, TENGRAPH, ArcGIS, or similar systems (Preferred).A tertiary qualification in a relevant field is preferred.How to Apply:Click on the Apply button or for more information please contact:WorkPac Principal Consultant: Ryan O'Connor on or quoting the below reference number.Job Reference Number: About WorkPac WorkPac is Australia's largest privately owned workforce solutions business.
