**What’s the role?**
Reporting to the Head of Finance Strategy and Data, this position will play a pivotal role in supporting financial strategy, analysis and decision-making for NCA, acting as the link between the commercial finance business partnering teams and technology/BI teams.
You will be accountable for delivering strategic insights, forecasting, and reporting to senior stakeholders to create commercial value.
This roles requires a strong understanding of business requirements and the ability to translate them into effective reporting and insights initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Develop and maintain comprehensive management financial dashboards, and analyses to support strategic decision-making.
+ Data Analytics: Leverage data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, IBM Planning Analytics & Alteryx) to create insightful dashboards, automate reporting processes, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
+ Data Visualization and Reporting: The role demands proficiency in leading a team of data visualization developers (Tableau, Looker) and the ability to create clear, informative, and visually appealing reports and dashboards that meet the needs of commercial finance stakeholders.
+ Translate complex technical and business requirements into compelling data visualisation concepts.
+ Automation & AI: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline financial processes, increasing efficiency and accuracy using RPA and AI tools.
+ Collaborating with both Commercial Finance and Technology teams to create compelling data visualizations and reports
+ Ensure data reliability & availability expectations are met.
**Who are you?**
+ Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Management financial reporting, analytics, or a similar role.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related BI field. Finance qualification and/or experience will be advantageous.
+ Data & insights Leadership: The role requires a strong understanding of business requirements and the ability to translate them into effective reporting and insights initiatives.
+ A collaborative mindset to build partnerships with others to meet shared objectives.
+ Strong stakeholder engagement and project-management skills.
+ A self-starter with the ability to both drive and take accountability.
+ Prior experience with TM1 or similar systems would be advantageous.
