The company promotes a collaborative and supportive work environment, offering exposure to leading technologies and ongoing career development opportunities.Your new role In this exciting new role, you will be:Providing level 2 remote desktop & phone system support to a broad range of SMB clients. Handling escalations, whilst mentoring and training Level 1 Service Desk Engineers. Performing account administration within Active Directory, Exchange and bespoke applications. Assisting with IT Helpdesk projects. Ensuring technical issues are resolved within SLAs in a calm and polite manner. Developing procedures and processes for the Helpdesk. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in your application, you will need:Demonstrated experience of providing 2nd level IT support. Sound knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Azure, Windows Server, Telephony and Network troubleshooting. Experience with ConnectWise RMM & PSA is advantageous. A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, Cisco and ITIL certifications are beneficial. Prior experience working within an MSP or ISP is required.
