In this role, you will be pivotal to the lifecycle of a project, from the feasibility of the project to the completion. You will be working directly with the director of the firm and have the opportunity to learn from them.DUTIESManage Pre-Contract and Post-Contract stages.Create procurement and contract advice.Responsible for the measurement of quantities, estimates, cost plans, bills of quantities and pre-tender estimates.Direct projects from feasibility through to the completion of the project, ensuring on time delivery and budget control.Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure success of the project.SKILLS & EXPERIENCEA bachelor’s degree in project management or construction management (Majoring in Quantity Surveying) or equivalent.Minimum 4 years’ experience in Quantity SurveyingExperience working with CostXCurrently holds a membership in an accredited professional organisation (e.g. RICS, AIQS)CULTUREJoin a diverse, experienced team that have worked on countless projects and that values a motivated and positive workplace, with a massive focus on work-life balance.
