Key Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for members to accurately receive and collect information about their new insurance claims Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat providing empathy, professionalism and understanding to allmembers at all times Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively Update and manage customer information using various systems Adhere to company policies and procedures for quality service delivery Key Requirements : Previous customer service experience and ability to build rapport Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail Ability to deal with conflict in a fast-paced environment Team player with the willingness to learn and grow.
Proficient in using multiple systems and Office suite Full working rights and ability to work 38 hours per week Sounding like you?
