Our Campus Support team are currently looking for a full time Campus Creative Oversight to join the team at our Hills location. This role will be responsible for the recruitment and development of volunteers within the Creative Team, fostering a strong team culture, and providing pastoral care and leadership. Ensure that all creative elements across services and events are executed with excellence, aligning with the church's vision and contributing to an atmosphere of faith.
Other aspects of this role include:
Leadership Development & Training
Continue to oversee and support the local Hills creative staff team.
Implement a solid leadership structure across all locations by recruiting, training and developing location pastors and key leaders.
Responsible for developing strong leadership across locations within the campus that will in turn develop creative teams with the goal of enhancing and supporting all our services.
Take ownership for the pastoral development of the leadership team
and involve the greater pastoral care areas as needs require.
Service Delivery
Work to build and deliver high quality teams that are able to support creatives contribution across all services.
Ensure setlists and creative elements add to the communication of the message of the gospel working together with the rostering team to ensure there is strength on the platform and new people are given the opportunity to develop.
Location Creative Strategy
Create strong team culture through midweek opportunities, midweek team training nights, youth meetings, weekend prayer meetings etc.
Plan and create programs in conjunction with wider campus and
creative teams to cover all church highlights including, but not limited to, KB events, funerals, Vision Sunday, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas services and communion items.
Support and Empower
Work together with campus pastor and local team to develop a network that allows us to know our team holistically and ensure that they are being actively discipled and that each person’s wellbeing and spiritual health is our greatest priority.
Ideally, the successful candidate will bring:
Experience in leading, caring for and pastoring people is essential.
Tertiary qualifications in areas of Theology or Christian Ministry are desirable.
Minimum 2 years key volunteer leadership role.
Proven track record of team building + health in previous placement / role.
Experience in creative arts, production, and/or worship ministry.
Leadership communication skills.
