We have an opportunity for a lawyer who is currently completing (or recently completed) a graduate program to join our Banking & Finance team in Brisbane.
If you have 1-3 years PQE and interested in pursuing a career in banking & finance law, then this opportunity is for you. You will be part of a team that advises a variety of stakeholders including financiers, borrowers, sponsors and state governments on a wide range of financing transactions. We work with clients across a variety of sectors including energy (including renewables), natural resources, property and infrastructure, and through a variety of financial products, including project finance, asset finance, leveraged finance, syndicated debt and debt capital markets. This is the perfect opportunity to build your skills and experience while gaining exposure to highly complex and challenging deals. You will also have access to our leading Legal Excellence training program.
We will consider providing assistance to people who have graduate program repayment obligations.
