Our Social Media and Content Creator will be responsible for the production of content for social media marketing (including video content) and search engine optimisation plus more in a fast-paced, dynamic marketing environment. You will be responsible for owning and executing the social media strategy across Australia and New Zealand (with more markets to come) with passion and enthusiasm. You will live and breathe all things reels, posts, stories - a frequent scroller and creator with an eye for engaging and quality content What you'll be doing: Organic Social Media & Content Marketing Work with the Head of Marketing and Technology and wider Marketing team to create the Australian and New Zealand social media strategy that works to meet defined business goals Create social media plans and posts for the brand, including creative, copy and shortform video, differentiating our brand from competitors Create and execute a plan to engage the front line for generating content and sharing the brand on social platforms Stay on top of social media and content trends and algorithm changes, always keeping in mind the impact of these for our brand and social media strategy Monitor and respond to comments and messages received through social media channels on behalf of the brand Write long-form copy for blogs, advertorials, press ads and more Paid Social Media Marketing Support the Digital Marketing Specialist to come up with ideas for paid social media marketing campaigns for our brand or partner marketing campaigns, including assisting with copy and creative execution Identify the best opportunities to boost organic posts following a set budget Identify and propose opportunities to work with influencers Reporting & Management Track performance of content and audience growth Provide comprehensive social media reporting and insights Use reporting to develop insights into campaign effectiveness and actively contribute to improving both data use and content to drive awareness and conversion through our social media channels Confidently answer questions on organic social media performance if asked by senior management teams Contribute to post-campaign reporting Who you are: You're a creative digital native with an infectious passion for social media storytelling Your smartphone is your canvas, and you have an intuitive understanding of what makes content scroll-stopping and shareable Your creative toolkit is versatile – whether it's crafting clever copy, shooting engaging short-form videos, or designing eye-catching graphics, you do it all with flair and precision.
