Role & Responsibilities: Managing and coordinating workshop activities to align with operational priorities and work plans. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure objectives are met. Ensuring the service, modification, and manufacture of capital equipment and spare parts meet quality standards. Leading and developing your team to achieve performance goals. Reporting directly to the Technical Service Group Manager What We Offer: $55/hour pay rate. Our Ideal Candidate: A minimum of 5 years experience in a related industry. Proven experience managing relationships with stakeholders. Strong planning and organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated leadership capabilities. Two valid working references. Ability to pass a full medical/physical and a D&A test before commencement.
