About The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity as a Customer Development Manager for Mackay region has become available.
This role can be based from either Mackay, Rockhampton or Emerald.
You will build effective relationships with target customers, understanding their needs, solving problems, and growing their basket with NAPA.
You are responsible for sales and gross margin performance of your territory.
All About You
You have strong communication and negotiation skills, team-focused attitude, and passion to provide solutions and service.
With experience in business or account management across parts and equipment, you can acquire new accounts and liaise with customers and company stakeholders.
You also participate in sales meetings, trade shows & training sessions, and use CRM systems.
