Our client is an established funds management business that invests funds for high-net-worth investors. Due to the rapid growth of the business and the company's continuing expansion plans, an exciting role has been created for a highly experienced private wealth and capital-raising executive.
Leading a small team, you will be responsible for managing key relationships and growing the company's funds under management through new client acquisition and exceptional relationship management, with a strong focus on dealing with HNW individuals and family offices. You will also be an integral member of the Company's leadership group, and as such, will have significant input into the business' strategy and an important role in delivering that strategy.
As the Head of Capital, you will also be accountable for maintaining and further enhancing the company's brand identity and awareness in the market, including attending industry events, presenting to investor groups, and delivering thought leadership material.
Some of the main duties and responsibilities of this role will include:
Source new investment capital through introducing new Investor relationships (HNWI, Family Offices, Institutional Investors)Develop and implement a "best-practice" client experience and relationship management planReview and refine Investor Services processes and workflows to improve efficiency in client acquisition and onboardingAttend Investment Committee meetings and provide advice and input on investor requirements, risk appetite, and availability of investment capital.Lead, coach and develop team members to achieve their personal KPIs
As this is a senior role within the Company, you should ideally have:
Exceptional relationship management and communication skillsAt least 10 years' experience in senior relationship manager roles within the financial services industryAn extensive network in the private wealth spaceStrong technical knowledge of financial products and a demonstrated understanding of property and credit asset classesA demonstrated record of winning clients and growing funds under managementExperience leading a team and developing and implementing client acquisition strategiesIn return, you'll receive:
