* We have a fantastic part time opportunity for you to join our Plastic Surgery Practice at our beautiful premises in Windsor. As a receptionist, you will play role in supporting our team in delivering exceptional care to our patients. This position requires a candidate who has experience in medical administration, possesses outstanding communication skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
o Meet and greet patients for consultations
o Answering phones and responding to patient enquiries
o Managing patient bookings utilizing Gentu medical software
o Arranging referrals, additional appointments and any other documentation needed as part of patient care.
o Maintain accurate patient records and files
o Processing patient payments and Medicare claims
Qualifications / skills
o Experience in a similar setting.
o Excellent customer service and communication skills
o Ability to work independently
o Attention to detail
o Strong organisational skills
o Ability to multitask and take initiative
o Tech savvy, proficiency in Microsoft Office
o Experience with Genie / Gentu software is desirable
Hours
o 1.5 – 2 days a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
o 9:00am – 5:00pm
