About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for creating engaging content, building relationships with tenants, and connecting with our local community. You'll contribute to national campaigns while adding your own creative, local touch to enhance their impact during this transformative period.

Your responsibilities will include:
Assist in developing and implementing the annual marketing strategy to drive traffic, sales, and market share.
Analyse research data to identify market trends, customer segments, and retail opportunities.
Manage in-centre activations, campaigns, and digital content to enhance customer engagement and retailer participation.
Oversee social media and digital channels, ensuring accurate information and engaging content.
Support retailer onboarding, engagement strategies, and partnership initiatives with stakeholders.
Assist with reporting, budget management, and campaign performance analysis to drive continuous improvement.
About You
2-3+ years' experience in marketing roles
Background in shopping centres, retail, property, hospitality or similar sectors is valued
Qualifications in marketing, communications or related fields beneficial
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
Self-motivation and attention to detail
Good time management skills and ability to see projects through to completion
Adaptability and enthusiasm for change and growth
