About the Role
We are seeking a Community Manager to join our over-50's lifestyle living communities' business, providing exceptional operations management and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations and homeowner experience at Stockland Halcyon Landing.
* Provide excellent customer service, managing homeowner queries and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
* Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to improve the homeowner experience and/or profitability.
* Contribute to Stockland's risk-aware culture and performance through operational risk training and adherence to compliance and regulatory obligations.
Requirements
* A passionate and empathetic people-person with strong stakeholder relationship skills.
* Community-minded and service-oriented, with a can-do and hands-on approach.
* Experience in customer experience management and property is highly regarded.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong emotional intelligence and maturity to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
