As Vice President Engineering, you will be responsible for managing and deploying engineering resources, driving completion of program requirements, and ensuring the successful implementation of new services and products across multiple projects using a Systems Engineering approach. Key responsibilities include: Managing diverse stakeholders and utilising strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Guiding cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative environment Ensuring the delivery of state-of-the-art defence solutions Requirements: At least 15 years of relevant experience in the Defence industry or similar sectors Minimum of 10 years in a supervisory role leading a multidisciplinary engineering team Proven experience managing engineering resources across multiple projects within a product development environment Strong background in leadership, team building, and the ability to operate effectively in a matrix organisation structure Demonstrated skills in software and electronics engineering Eligible for defence security clearance Demonstrated ability to solve complex engineering problems and ensure the safe and secure delivery of products Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Registration as a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and on the National Engineering Register (NER) This is a rare opportunity to join a leading company in a role that offers both professional challenges and rewards.
