Your opportunity: The Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) is a clinical leader, accountable at an advanced practice level for the coordination of patient-centred clinical practice specific to Wide Bay Mental Health and Specialised Services. The CNC demonstrates sound knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and theory and provides clinical leadership, advice and advocacy to a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for the facilitation and provision of quality and cost-effective nursing and/or midwifery services which are consistent with contemporary standards, guidelines, relevant legislation and best practice.
