You’ll bring:
1. Extensive experience in a customer service or sales environment
2. An ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly
3. An eagerness to understand and share with others what makes our bank different
4. Understanding of financials and business performance
5. Experience in consumer lending and the banking and finance industry - a plus but certainly not essential
About the role
Our vision is to become Australia’s bank of choice, and you’ll play an important part in helping us achieve that. The Personal Banker role delivers exceptional customer service as you get to know your customers and their circumstances to find the right solutions for their needs. You’ll get variety, moving between front-of-house concierge, finding solutions and educating customers, as well as providing consumer lending and other financial solutions relevant to their lifestyle.
This position is located at Strathpine. The role is Permanent, Part Time . The roster is 72.5 hours per fortnight. The roster days are Mon - Fri
