Findon Hotel offers an array of facilities and entertainment areas for everyone to enjoy, we have accommodations suitable for all travellers. All of our rooms have basic facilities and are located within close proximity to the centre of Adelaide and the airport.

This is a brilliant opportunity to become an Assistant Manager at the Findon Hotel
What you’ll do:
4. Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every time
5. Manage the day to day operations of the Venue - open/close, back of house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guests
6. Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests
7. Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives
What you’ll need:
8. Hospitality/Retail leadership experience, ideally working across food, bars and gaming
9. Ability to lead, develop and coach a large, multi-skilled team
10. Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
11. Highly developed customer service skills
12. Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
