The Customer Service Support Consultant’s primary responsibility is interfacing with customers, logistics, sales, or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responds to and provides assistance to customers and internal customers in areas such as product/service, order fulfilment processes.
2. Customer service requests such as end-to-end order status management.
3. Booking orders.
4. Processing quotes.
5. Repair/calibration requests.
6. Invoicing requirements.
7. Contract issues/administration.
QUALIFICATION/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Sales skills to qualify customer requests.
3. Capability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
4. Ability to work in an active and busy environment.
5. Usage of standard approaches to problem resolution.
6. Comfort using technology (IT, desktop, typing skills).
7. Acceptance of complexity and an ability to retain and recall knowledge to address that complexity.
The position will commence as a 12-month contract - full-time hours, with the possibility of extension or conversion.
