Reporting to the Marketing Services Centre Manager, the Web Content Specialist plays a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our customer and doctor-facing websites.This is an incredible opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team that supports all of Ramsay Health Care’s businesses across hospitals and out of hospital services. You will be joining us at an exciting time as we support the Digital and Transformation Strategic Website Project. This initiative will migrate all Ramsay websites onto our strategic content management system while redesigning them for a more patient-friendly, streamlined, and consistent user experience.Key Accountabilities:Undertake website content updates across two content management systems (CMS) – Sitecore and Optimizely to manage, update and publish contentBuild and maintain templates in the content management systems keeping within the current content structuresOptimise code for performance and responsiveness, ensuring a seamless web experienceOptimise existing content to enrich the user experience including web pages, blog posts, landing pages and multimedia content ensuring responsiveness across various platformsWork closely with the digital marketing team to ensure websites are optimised for digital campaignsCollaborate with developers and IT to troubleshoot and solve technical and coding issues relating to the websitesParticipate in deployments and testing scenariosEnsure graphic standards and brand compliance are upheld and that all work produced has a high degree of quality, accuracy and timeliness and complies with accessibility standardsEnsure quality of content by eliminating duplicate content and maintaining site integrityContribute to Ramsay’s digital architecture, ensuring Ramsay is continually up to dateEnsure compliance with Ramsay Health Care policiesMaintain security standards in accordance with IT standards and policiesProven experience with Sitecore and Optimizely CMS including content development, editing and troubleshootingKnowledge of digital channels, web design and development, UX, CMS platforms, web metrics and analysis, email, CRMSound knowledge and experience with cross device web responsive implementationsExperience with SEO, SEM and location-based search to promote services onlineExperience developing online content and improving customer experience to increase customer engagement and satisfactionExperience maintaining multiple websitesDemonstrated business acumen and commercial awarenessStrong communication skills & attention to detailResourceful, team player and flexibleFront end development experience to produce customer facing experiencesExperience participating in a development workflowExperience with AzureExperience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to inform marketing strategy and demonstrate commercial outcomesProfessional Advancement: Recognition and Professional Development.
