Senior Systems Administrator – Microsoft & Cloud Technologies - NV1 clearance - Canberra
Key Responsibilities:
* Identity & Access Management: Administer Microsoft Active Directory Federated Services (AD FS v4+) and Azure Entra ID, managing Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations across partner agencies and handling TLS/SSL certificate renewals.
* CRM Administration: Manage and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM (v9.1+ and Dynamics 365), ensuring optimal performance and integration.
* Azure Administration: Oversee Azure DevOps releases and integration connector services, ensuring seamless deployment and system integration.
* Cloud-Based Communication Services: Administer and integrate email, SMS, and social media communication platforms for effective enterprise communication.
* Level 3 Support & Incident Resolution: Lead and manage Level 3 support for assigned technologies while providing backup support across systems.
* Project Engagement & Solution Design: Participate in project design reviews and support the implementation and transition of new solutions into service.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
* Strong background in Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, and Dynamics CRM administration.
* Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and cloud-based integration services .
* Expertise in managing enterprise-wide SSO configurations and security certificates .
* Experience integrating and managing cloud-based communication platforms .
* Proven ability to provide Level 3 support, resolve incidents, and manage deployments .
Location: Canberra, Hybrid working Model
Clearance: Australian Citizen with NV1 clearance and ability to obtain NV2 clearance
