Responsibilities:Manage, advise on and deliver environmental and social impact assessments, under the State Development and Public Works Organisation Act 1971 and Strong and Sustainable Resource Communities Act 2017, for a range of complex and diverse projects that drive economic development and infrastructure initiatives.Manage and develop complex, strategic, solutions-focused advice to mitigate risk and support the implementation of the strategic initiatives for critical minerals in Queensland.Manage complex negotiations with stakeholders to achieve the government's strategic goals and integrate economic and infrastructure objectives with industry outcomes.Build sustained relationships with key government stakeholders to support facilitation, assessment and delivery of critical mineral projects.Lead the development of people and process improvements to ensure the efficient delivery of government priorities.Contribute and nurture the positive and inclusive culture of the NEMD team, and the Office of the Coordinator-General more broadly.Note: Applications to remain current for 12 months.
