The job: Collaborate with management to achieve business goals, with a focus on clinical efficiency and excellence.
Lead, support, and mentor the dental assisting team to maintain high standards.
Maintain an orderly, clean, and well-organised clinical environment.
Manage dental stock requirements and oversee ordering processes.
Conduct periodic and spontaneous safety, infection control, and organisation audits.
Handle human resourcing and performance management of the dental assisting team.
Foster a kind, caring, and effective work environment for both staff and patients.
Work closely with the Front-Office Coordinator to optimise patient scheduling and resourcing.
Assist dentists in developing complex patient treatment plans.
Provide outstanding chairside assistance and train new team members to deliver an exemplary patient experience.
Balance clinical management, chairside assisting, and essential administrative duties.
