Job Description - Lead and manage the Operation Support Unit.
- Act as a focal point of contact between the operations and supporting functions (mainly finance and supply chain).
- Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of operational processes and procedures.
- Responsible for preparing project charters, project budgets, and project cashflow.
- Provide status reporting on project performance, alignments with budget and cashflows.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and operational efficiency.
- Analyze project performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Responsible for the materials/service ordering, planning, and spare parts management function.
- Oversee the cost control function for all running projects.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence within the unit.
Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- (7+) years of experience in telecom operations or contract management, with at least (2+) years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of ICT systems integration, contracts, and industry regulations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP).
- Knowledge of financial management principles related to project budgets and forecasting.
- Familiarity with emerging telecom and datacenters technologies and trends.
