THE OPPORTUNITY
A highly sought after opportunity has arisen for a consummate Sales professional to ultimately manage our Alice Springs Manufacturing and Sales business unit.
For your first 6-9 months, you’ll be based at our corporate office in Gepps Cross and report to the State Executive. During this comprehensive “induction” period in Adelaide, the incumbent will be given a thorough, planned, invaluable professional start to your Stratco journey and role, exposed to all facets of our business, including Manufacturing, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain and Corporate Administration. You’ll develop trusted relationships, honing your skills, providing a superb foundation to then relocate to Alice Springs in early 2025, to assume management of the Alice Springs business unit (full and corporate relocation assistance provided).
We are targeting a high calibre individual, with a background gained within the building products/construction/engineering or related fields, in a sales or commercial capacity. In addition, the role and Stratco environment requires a high level of energy and drive, a collaborative yet decisive leadership style, able to coach and manage a sales and manufacturing team. Tertiary qualifications, whilst not essential, would be viewed favorably.
Once you make the transition to Alice Springs, you will spearhead the division to grow sales and market share, developing new customers and nurturing existing relationships, promoting Stratco’s extensive range of products.
This presents an outstanding opportunity, where you will be exposed to key stakeholders at all levels within Stratco’s corporate HQ initially, but ultimately, given autonomy and support to manage a key business unit as part of Stratco’s national operations.
