This position involves leading the acquisition process from initial site identification through to negotiation and project initiation, working closely with senior management and the development team. Key Responsibilities: Identify and Evaluate Opportunities: Source and assess potential residential development sites that align with company growth objectives, with a focus on land acquisition and project feasibility. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, assess feasibility, and evaluate site potential for development. Negotiate Terms: Lead negotiations to secure favorable acquisition terms, working with property owners, agents, and stakeholders, including having hard conversations when necessary.
