We operate a fleet of F100 and A320 jet aircraft.As the Line Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the effective execution of aircraft maintenance activities within Line Maintenance Operations for Network Aviation. You will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities align with our core values of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. This includes the delivery of planned maintenance activities in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements, ensuring the delivery of airworthy aircraft, engines, components, equipment, tooling, and facilities in compliance with CASA regulations and Group Policy, while maintaining the security and safety of people and aircraft.The Line Maintenance Manager will also be responsible for fostering an environment that supports safety as a core value, promoting a culture where all injuries and occupational illnesses are preventable and ensuring a safe, healthy, and productive working environment. Additionally, this role involves operational leadership, people management, adherence to occupational health and safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
