Job Title: Laboratory Manager
The Laboratory Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the laboratory's operations, ensuring that services are provided at the highest standard while maintaining NATA accreditation.

About the Role:
The Laboratory Manager will oversee all functions of the Laboratory, including responding to customer enquiries, ensuring safety protocols, addressing staffing issues, and maintaining NATA accreditation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all functions of the Laboratory.
* Control laboratory budget expenditure.
* Promote and demonstrate company values within the laboratory environment.
* Complete end-of-month KPI reports.
* Effectively manage and resolve staff issues.
* Oversee sub-contractor management.
* Ensure asset compliance through Maximo/QEST.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Relevant Diploma or Degree in a related field.
* Advanced Training in Leadership.
* Training in LEAN programs.
* A minimum of 10 years of laboratory experience.
* Previous experience in laboratory supervisory or management positions.
* Ability to participate in internal and external audits.
* Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
* In-depth knowledge of the 17025 requirements.
* Familiarity with AS1012, AS1141, AS1289, and NSW methods.
* Proven leadership skills and experience working within a team environment.
