Join our team as a Customer Solutions Specialist in a leading WA metro electricity retailer, offering assistance during various customer scenarios. Your expertise will be crucial in efficiently managing the disconnection and reconnection of electricity services, handling inquiries related to new connections, solar solutions, billing concerns, and overseeing processes like payment plans, direct debits, and meter readings.
Key Details
1. Multiple Start Dates: 2nd & 15th April 2024
2. Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm Rotating Roster (No weekends or Public Holidays!)
3. Multiple Full Time (38 hours per week) and Part Time (20-30 hours per week) positions available
4. Location: Davidson Terrace Joondalup WA
5. Hybrid (2 days office 3 days at home) working model after nesting period and KPI’s met
6. Australian Based Role
Key Responsibilities
7. Handle inbound and outbound contacts (as required) within the required time frame
8. Arrange payment plans
9. Manage Customer Direct Debits
10. Meet required standards of quality
11. Meet attendance requirements in line with contract and company policies
12. Others KPI’s as required
