Your New Role
As an Assistant Branch Manager, your primary objective is to ensure seamless vehicle delivery and retrieval for our customers, meeting both company and customer expectations.
This role involves strategic logistical planning and resolving unforeseen issues effectively.
You will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries promptly and supporting the Branch Manager in team management.
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Experience in a similar role or within the automotive industry (preferred)
* A full and clean driver's license (motorbike license advantageous but not necessary)
* Exceptional customer service skills with at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Solving problems in fast-paced environments
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results
* Proficiency in using computer systems and software for reporting
