This role sits at the Group level where our People and Culture team delivers solutions and strategies to all our businesses. Reporting to the General Manager - Executive Performance and Remuneration, you’ll play a key role in driving strategic reward reviews and delivering seamless execution of the remuneration review for our Executives and other specified roles. Join us in shaping the future of A&G Position Accountabilities Manage the executive remuneration processes, ensuring alignment with market trends and our strategic priorities in a timely and accurate manner. Prepare insightful and well drafted reports and analysis for the Board, including trend analysis, recommendations on pay structures, bonus allocations, and executive rewards. Closely work with the FAR Manager, Risk & Compliance and other key stakeholders to align processes and provide streamlined information to the Board and E Be an integral part of the ongoing strategic review and assessment of the reward strategy in particular as it applies to Executives. Prepare the director remuneration submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements. Develop data-driven solutions and policies aligned to business objectives. Collaborate with the broader People & Culture team to ensure consistent and effective support. What experience you’ll bring Qualifications and Experience Essential: Proven experience in executive remuneration, benchmarking and remuneration strategy. Advanced data and numerical expertise, with the ability to analyse data and deliver insights effectively. A highly professional approach, exhibited in your verbal and written communications. Adaptability and organisational skills to manage multiple deadlines and priorities. A detail-oriented, hands-on approach, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of working effectively with diverse stakeholders. Desirable: Experience in a large, complex organisation in the financial services industry. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or Law.
