Job Title: Associate or Senior Associate - General Insurance

The Role: The successful candidate will join the General Insurance team, supporting partners and collaborating with other solicitors on a wide range of insurance matters. This role covers all facets of insurance work, including general liability, property, construction, Directors & Officers (D&O), professional indemnity, and medical negligence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing comprehensive legal advice across various insurance matters.
* Managing a high volume of matters with a focus on client service and results.
* Engaging in business development activities to strengthen client relationships.
* Ensuring efficient, responsive service for insurers, self-insurers, statutory authorities, and corporate clients across Australia.
Requirements: A minimum of 3+ years post-admission experience (PQE) in General Insurance. Strong commercial awareness and technical expertise in insurance law. A proactive approach, capable of managing cases independently with minimal supervision. Excellent client management skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
